  1. Sir you people seem totally ignorant of islamic practices and still feel qualified enough to write an article about it.. Height of unprofessional journalism.
    Islam doesn’t prohibit any living person to dispose of hi or her property as per his or her wishes.. Islamic inheritance law comes into play when a person dies without leaving a legal will.. Kindly correct your article as it paints a wrong and bad picture of Islamic laws

    Please do thorough research about a topic that too a incendiary like this one before opining in news portal of national level like yours.
    Shariah doesn’t prohibit anyone to tranfer his or her property as per his/ her wishes.. The inheritance law comes into play only when there is no legal Will left by a deceased property holder.. So what is holdin the mentioned lady back to make a legal will in the name of her daughter.. The whole issues smacks of some nefarious design against Islamic practises…
    One can check this on darul ifta deoband site as well.. ..fatwa no1363/274 (fatwa basically means non binding scholarly opinion)
