Covid cases in India jumped from 10 lakh to 20 lakh in 21 days. Then it took 16 more days to race past 30 lakh, 13 days more to cross the 40-lakh mark & 11 days to go past 50 lakh.

Over 95,000 new cases push India’s Covid tally past 44-lakh mark, toll rises to 75,000

According to the health ministry, there are currently 9.1 lakh active Covid cases. The fatality rate has dropped to 1.68 per cent while recovery rate was recorded at 77.74 per cent.
