According to the individual’s affordability and the type of Vehicle owned (Flexi Fuel or older Gasoline only Fuel), the Consumer would choose the Fuel to his needs. And over a period, say after 15 Years from now (the average age of Gasoline only Vehicles), the pure Gasoline availability in the retail stations can be withdrawn, indirectly discouraging the usage of the aged Vehicles.
