Rahul Gandhi is a fifth-generation politician from the Nehru-Gandhi family, a senior Congress leader and party MP from Wayanad in Kerala.
His entry into politics happened in 2004 when he decided to contest the Lok Sabha elections from the family seat of Amethi in Uttar Pradesh. He subsequently won three times from there but lost to the BJP’s Smriti Irani in 2019. However, Rahul Gandhi, remained an MP because he won the election from Wayanad. He became the Congress party chief in 2017 but quit from that post after the Congress’ disastrous show in the 2019 General Elections. Cutting across months of 2022, 2023 and 2024, Rahul Gandhi has taken out two yatras — the 3,750-km Bharat Jodo Yatra (from Kanniyakumari to Srinagar) and the 6,700-km Bharat Jodi Nyay Yatra (from Thoubal in Manipur to Mumbai).
Absolutely the Marriage should be declared NULL AND VOID. Let them get remarried if they so choose.
In Malaysia which has 65 % Muslim population it’s a non muslim cannot marry a Muslim unless non Muslim converts to Islam. A child born to a union of non Muslim and Muslim will be deemed a Muslim even if raised by a non muslim. In fact in all Muslim countries it’s a crime punishable by death to convert out of Islam. The media doesn’t shout about it, Muslim writers don’t criticise it , Muslims don’t go out and protest, no UN resolution but when it comes to Non Muslims protection their tradition , culture or religion against alien religions like Islam all of a sudden Muslims will discover their rights being trampled. Oh please go and marry your kind why do you itch for Hindu girls.
Love Jihad law is basically an anti-conversion law. Among many types of allurements the minority-religions use’ to entice people into their fold, this love jihad could be one. When people talk, freedom of women or for that matter men also, to get married to whomever they like, they need to convince their parents in India. For, the parents sacrifice so much to bring them up. These inter-faith marriages always bring strife and confrontation within the family. According to the Muslim personal law, a man can get married to four women at a time. If a Hindu girl unknowingly gets married to a Muslim boy out of love or whatever, how long will the marriage last, is a question. Because it is easy for him to give a divorce by saying three-times talaq, talaq, talaq. So parents of the girl are worried of such marriages and cultural differences. Let all Muslims agree for the Common: Uniform Civil Code (UCC), then they be fellow citizens on par with Hindus sharing the same Civil Law. As long as they continue to be different, things are different.

WHEREAS HINDUS are interested in education and science and prosperity in current life and not after life are really not going to vote for a party which wants DIVIDE HINDUS AND RULE INDIA.
The UP law is against non-consensual and forced marriages. Consensual interfaith marriages should happen under the provision of Special Marriage Act.
“Interim president”, “former party chief”, “future president”…. fancy titles for these undeserving, unqualified, imposters who purely through good fortune, inherited a national political party and have turned it into a massive money spinning machine for personal gain.

The law does not mention Love Jihad or even marriage, it is created to stop forced conversions.
