It will be good for Gandhis to comfortablely retire abroad. They have plenty of money. In their absence, Congress will be able to choose it’s leadership, in their absence, easily. TMC, NCP, SP etc may again merge with Congress in such a scenario and create a credible alternative to BJP.
That will be in long term interest of the country.
But, for that to happen, Gandhis departure from the scene is mandatory.
I can lead congress in the interest of my motherland. But conditionally. I will support noble cause steps taken by ruling party. And show red light where there is problem. I should have full power of the age old party. I have wonderful idea for constructive oppose and editing the ruling govr.
