Police have named the owner Lovkesh Bajaj, manager cum accountant Jay Mishra and cook Kesar Negi as accused in connection with the fire that left 22 people dead in June.
Negi who has been in judicial custody since 6 June, contended that he has been falsely implicated, having no ownership, managerial or supervisory role in B&B’s functioning.
According to Delhi Police sources, Mishra managed finances for Flourish Stays’ owner Lovkesh Bajaj, who got the property registered as a B&B by showing Mishra as owner.
