Interesting story. But isn’t this just another exception that proves the rule that the humanities degrees do little to help employability ? How much of a literature degree is relevant to founding and running Anthropic (or any AI/tech firm) ?
Anticipating a pushback, let me state it that I’m not opposing the humanities. They’re meaningful to know and understand, and, if you ask for my view, education should balance the two universes of STEM and the humanities.
