The fixed term employment is likely the best alternative till the labor pool settles and we can create a social security net after a decade or two. A contract system or yearly renewals of employment is likely the best option right now, this will provide more flexibility for businesses and a better movement of labor in the market. People in India need to get comfortable with the idea that a job isn’t for life, and being fired, or let go, isn’t always the worst thing, if you are a worker, and you get fired, it can be an opportunity to get better employment.
