I am an Indian American, I believe that Politicians are helping corporates to sell out America for them becoming more billionaires, 70% IT jobs in America especially in silicon Valley done by H1B, most of the project in IT are contracts, 90% of IT jobs in Microsoft, Facebook, google and all big and medium companies they give contracting to prime vendors like Cognizant, TCS, HCL…they give sub-contracting to idc technologies and other sub-vendors, all desi managers take bribe to get the business done between client desi manager and vendor desi manager, finally American Citizens are offered 6 months to 1 year contract for $55/hour, when they find an H1B , they replace you with H1B because they are being paid only $35/hour (hourly based contracting is illegal but majority of Indians in USA are being paid hourly and once they go to bench employees pay employers to keep their H1B visa status- the same money employers pay back) , minimum salary of H1B kept 65,000 for 30 years, I bought a house in California for 65,000 30 years before now my house cost 1.5 million but H1B salary remains same 65,000 last 30 years- why salary did not go high according to inflation? Many times I was replaced by H1B, once project is over- some times it takes 3 to 6 months to find another project, and once you are in 50’s companies prefer young people and Indian Americans like me and children become homeless, whether Indians allow all IT jobs in India are given to Pakistanis and Indians become homeless, our American politicians and lawyers that help Companies are traitors, Indians will never sell out India but Americans are selling out America every day because of their corporate greed and vested interests

Indians behold great pride & ego consciousness but ready to die for living in luxury created by other nation for their citizen.
Low pay, poor working conditions, expoitation and no recogninition for performance (not even ackonowledgment), and to add insult sudden faudulent cost control measures used to layoff serior employees labelling them non performers without any basis, unfair appraisal these are the factor that make working in India or domestic company a horror.
Moreover laid off proessional find their career sabotaged by the big IT services companies who dont hire professionals who are victims of layoff.
