A rough article. Ridiculous, biased and mischievous comment from the author. Where were the author when Schindia’s repeated requests for giving him appropriate importance was thwarted by the MP congress. Why wasn’t the RS ticket given to him ? He is a youth icon. And Congress has its inherent stupidity of sidelining all competent leaders just to ensure that Gandhi family never gets challenged from within. If this is the nature of the party how can you expect it’s members to stick to the party for ever. People of India have understood the treacherous mentality of Congress high command already now it’s the time for its youth leaders. Nobody will stay in that sinking ship.
The quitting Congress party by Jyotiraditya Scindia can not be called the treachery with Congress party. At the same time he was not supposed to carry on any burden of history what his fore-fathers have done a century and half ago. His leaving Congress party is to be s like the persons of young generation student migrating from one collage to another college or at the most change of job by a high profile top ranking manager from one company to another company. If today, he is being labeled scion of the clan an who sided with the Britishers during 1857, Did not Congress party or those who are raising this bogey — were they not aware of this part of history of his family earlier when his father Sh MadhavRao and he himself was projected as big leader of the Congress party. ? If it was not known to party earlier , it cast as shadow on the intellectual level of the members of Congress party. Were they so naive or uneducated ? O.K. It is not first ,as well as, not last migration to and from Congress or any other political party . Two persons from Nehru Family were/ are already in BJP. This type of decisions are taken by Individuals keeping in view the current and future political scenario and his possible role in that scenario. So nothing more should be read in the decision by Jyotiraditya Scindia . The congress party , if it thinks, is it has lost in a valuable player to its rival team, it should think of ways to keep others players in its batting eleven. Many others may be having the grievances which are genuine , not imaginary.
