New Delhi: Pakistan’s science minister wasn’t the only person to troll ISRO for losing contact with Vikram Lander. Further west, American far-right activist and writer, Ann Coulter also took a dig at India with a reference to call centres.
Maybe the shouldn't have used an Indian call center.https://t.co/uTXA5RHmxi

Her many followers reacted similarly, making jokes about immigrants and other racist stereotypes, while some called her out.

Today an Indian @amazon customer service representative ruined my day by goofing up me order.

Most frustrating thing, talking to an Indian call center.. thanks Wall Street for making the average American poor… and creating a few billionaires in India who exploit their workers…

Oh an Indian call center joke good one

Do you even know how racist that sounds – more likely they shouldn't have used American software!

This is not new for Coulter, whose career kicked off when she started writing columns and books criticising the Clinton administration in the ’90s. She went on to write a dozen more books, most of them critical of liberal politics, and even one on US President Donald Trump.
In 2016, she drew a lot of flak for making a racist comment on CNN’s Fareed Zakaria and his accent.
I like hearing CNN's Fareed Zakaria ask in a thick Indian accent, "What kind of America do we want to return to?"

CNN's Fareed Zakaria is trying to prove that race doesn't exist by pointing out that "Caucasian" technically means someone from the Caucasus Mountains.
Fareed's Next CNN Special: There's no such thing as homosexuality because "Gay" technically means "Happy."

Coulter is known to stir the political pot, and seems to achieve that often with her controversial comments, which are often far-right. She is pro-Trump, anti-immigration, anti-LGBTQ, anti-abortion, and has even questioned women’s right to vote.
In one instance, she commented on the parents of slain American war hero Humayun. After the soldier’s father, Khizr Khan, grabbed headlines with a moving speech about his son’s contribution to America, Coulter chose to focus on his mother, who was in a hijab and standing by her husband’s side during the speech.
What about the MOTHER of an American hero? She stood submissively in a hijab by husband's side. https://t.co/2prFRoyoaM

Feminism is a protection racket. For decades, Sen. Bob Packwood could molest women at will — until feminists didn't his vote on ABORTION anymore. https://t.co/MGV4223fga

Too bad @realDonaldTrump started with tax cuts and not infrastructure projects that would have provided thousands upon thousands of good paying jobs for those who most need them.#SorryIHiredGaryCohn #WhateverWallStWants https://t.co/I8qAW1j4bD
