I recently visited a senior bureaucrat for work, I had a five.minute meeting and I wasn’t even given a seat. I felt bad. These people think they are gods and most of them do not even know how spell technology. These people need to be put in their place.
They are ignorant and arrogant and they really don’t deserve this much respect. I forgot to add corrupt and indifferent.

There are about seventy Secretaries to GoI, the same number as ministers, Cabinet as well as MoS. Working harmoniously together, they are the backbone of governance in Delhi. The talent crunch amongst ministers is forbidding. If the seniormost mandarins are being hobbled by inadequate tenures, results will not come.
Yes, it’s required, hence the IAS lobby pampered too much under long NDA stints do not sabotage the plans of new infant NDA ministry.Good riddance, if the officers toe the policy lines of new Government.
