They were arrested at 7:30 PM when the lock down time HAD NOT YET STARTED. One of the cops wanted to buy a phone on “loan basis” which was denied by the owners.
IT IS FALSE REASON TO TAKE INNOCENTS TO POLICE CUSTODY, there was NO VIOLATION OF LOCK DOWN.
