It is one thing to be harsh with a few people who have taken up arms against the state, or are even speaking out too stridently against it. However, forcing the entire population to eat pork, drink liquor, not grow a beard or observe the Roza, China is behaving in a manner completely unbecoming of the superpower it aspires to be. Whether Pakistan raises this issue with them is unimportant.
