It was earlier reported Luna-25 had detected an 'emergency' during a manoeuvre ahead of its landing on Moon, which was scheduled for 21 Aug, 2 days before India's Chandrayaan-3.
The LM, comprising the lander ‘Vikram' and rover ‘Pragyan’, is expected to touch down on the lunar surface on August 23 evening, the space organisation said.
On Thursday, Vikram had successfully separated from the propulsion module to continue its journey towards the moon for an expected soft-landing on 23 August.
