  1. Only opposition ruled states like MAHARASHTRA, WEST BENGAL. RAJASTHAN, ODISHA, PUNJAB are reporting vaccine shortage and these are also the most ill managed states for the Covid crisis.
    Seems like an intentional lobby aimed to defame the Centre.
