QAnon is an umbrella term for a set of conspiracy theories that allege the world is run by a cabal of Satan-worshiping pedophiles who are plotting against Donald Trump. Siers refers to the Republican Party’s criticism of New York governor Andrew Cuomo recently, in which it has called him “gutless” for under counting of Covid-19 deaths at nursing homes.
