Gurugram: In a major late-night administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government Tuesday shifted 18 IAS and three HCS officers with immediate effect. The order, signed by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, comes a day after the state government transferred 24 IAS and HCS officers in a similar exercise.
The most significant posting in the latest order is that of Pankaj Yadav, who has been given three charges simultaneously: Principal Secretary of Cooperation Department, Principal Secretary of Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), and Principal Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi.
He replaces Rajeev Ranjan at Cooperation, and J. Ganesan at PHED, while the Principal Resident Commissioner post is newly created.
In another notable posting, Sanjay Joon, who holds multiple charges—including Director General, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare and Commissioner, Faridabad Division—has been given the additional charge of Chairman, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh.
Geeta Bharti, Commissioner, Hisar Division, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Hisar Metropolitan Development Authority as an additional charge.
A. Mona Sreenivas, Resident Commissioner at Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, gets the additional charge of Chief Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana.
In the IAS cadre, Mandeep Kaur has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri, while Mohd. Imran Raza moves to Director, Human Resources, Haryana.
Dr Munish Nagpal has been appointed Special Secretary, Secretariat Establishment. Dr. Vaishali Sharma goes to Jind as Deputy Commissioner.
Among the younger IAS officers, Aparajita moves to Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, while Samwartak Singh Khangwal gets charge of Director, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, along with Director, SCERT, Gurugram.
In the HCS cadre, Pradeep Ahlawat gets the additional charges of Secretary and Vigilance Officer, HAFED, while Shubham is posted as City Magistrate, Rohtak.
The order also declares the post of Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, as equivalent in status to the Senior Scale of IAS.
Earlier, in a reshuffle on Monday, the Haryana government had shifted the deputy commissioners of Palwal and Panipat districts and additional deputy commissioners of Palwal and Hisar districts, among other transfers.
