This has to be one of the most lame pieces I’ve ever read in The Print. This publication has reached a point where it will print anything to grab eyeballs. Every year 180 IAS officers are selected. Many marriages happen, and consequently inter cadre transfers. You are using data as old as 2015 ( encompassing 1800+ officers) to draw a connection? I mean come on! Basic common sense will tell that this plays out not just for Haryana but for many other cadres like UP, MH, AGMUT, Karnataka.
Simply writing names of officers to increase your content… a story without no head or tail. Try to do better.
