Rahul Gandhi pays tribute to father Rajiv on his 76th birth anniversary at Veer Bhumi

Thursday marked the 76th birth anniversary of Rajiv Gandhi, the former prime minister who was assassinated in a bomb blast in 1991.

New Delhi: On the 76th birth anniversary of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi, son and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi paid tribute to him at Veer Bhumi, the memorial of Rajiv Gandhi, in New Delhi Thursday. Senior Congress leaders Ahmed Patel, Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Congress party workers were also present.
