New Delhi: An eight-second video of a school boy falling from a moving public bus is being circulated on social media. Sharing the clip, some Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders from Gujarat have blamed the BJP-ruled state for the alleged accident.
The video was first uploaded by AAP councillor Dharmendra Vavliya in Surat Thursday, with the caption, “Whether you and your children live or die, we will distribute rewari to our friends. This is the model of BJP.”
The tweet has so far received 155 retweets and 122 likes.

His tweet was also re-shared by AAP’s Gujarat President Gopal Italia. Italia, in his caption, said, “Why is there so much struggle even after 75 years of Independence just to study? Are we not able to give excellent education to the children of our country? Or is the intention of the government bad? Let us all make a good education system for the children of India together.”
Italia’s tweet has received 503 reshares and 990 likes.

In the viral clip, the child was seen climbing on the footboard of a crowded bus. This incident allegedly took place near Melmaruvathur in Tamil Nadu. According to an article by The Indian Express, the bus shown in the video was going from Acharapakkam from Cheyyur.
This video is being shared by the AAP members ahead of the assembly Polls in Gujarat.
