Shah Rukh Khan praises Alia Bhatt
Soon, industry reactions began pouring in.
Shah Rukh Khan shared the teaser on X and wrote, “Well done Alia, in years from breaking hearts and now to breaking bones your skill set keeps expanding. May Alpha win hearts and still leave some villains standing for the sequel. Go get them Sigma girl!” He also praised Bobby Deol, writing, “Lord Bobby….you are so good when you are bad!!!”
Amitabh Bachchan also shared the teaser on X and wished Bhatt luck for the upcoming movie.
Online reactions were mixed, with some users praising Bhatt’s action avatar and others asking why Sharvari was missing from the teaser.
“#Alpha Teaser delivers big time It was gritty, intense and the father daughter scenes added emotion too. A part from looking insanely HOT, Alia Bhatt managed to show the innocence of a young girl really well. Her action was seamless. Another great performance loading from her,” X user @CineCricBlade wrote.
Another X user wrote that all the visuals looked good. “The hardwork of #AliaBhatt in action scenes is very much visible. #Sharvari is missing for now, but maybe in the next teaser,” he added.
Sharvari’s absence became a talking point because she is part of the main cast and appears in the teaser poster, but is not seen in the footage.
X user @eishaanix wrote, “A teaser is supposed to showcase your leads. Leaving Sharvari out entirely feels like a massive missed opportunity to generate hype.”
