From ED, CBI raids on houses of AAP leaders, nothing was found and so they didn’t use the money. ED wanted to make AAP, the party as the main accused for that reason. But if that’s what is the charge, isn’t it a case of election-funding? If that same rule is applied, then all political parties are corrupt and BJP is the most corrupt. But the fools in the BJP think that by apply PMLA AAP leaders can be easily put in jail as bail is very very difficult in that act and because they cannot get bail, they’re proven corrupt.
