It can be no excuse that it was a rogue “auction” website that disappeared. National Commission for Women must get police to trace, prosecute and punish those behind it.

Supreme Court is right to be shocked that people are still being booked and tried under an atrocious IT law struck down six years back. Government’s response that police officers don’t realise the law doesn’t exist is lame. A fresh message that Section 66A is abolished should go out immediately.
