My grand father lost a land science 1974 by govt by a title dispute the amount deposited in govt treasury by name of as per 4 (1) notifications till date the title dispute is under sub judice now if title dispute is settled by honarable court can I get as per new act or old act

Just let the government know that the earned money from sales should stay in these sites should be charged hardly taking tax from them.
And make sure that the goods which sites are selling must be returned , replaced and cashback or refund should be instantly intitated . And do check the goods which sellers are selling.
I am myself a victim of this land accusation by Electricity board by installing towers and HT wires over my land. I purchased a piece of land by taking loan from bank. The board says that they can not compensate the wire going over the land, as according to them air belongs to Govt. And at the same time they said that I can not construct any structure under the wire.
It seems some forces are working towards diluting the whole provisions of section 24(2) through the apex court. It does not want to take it to parliament again.
