The plane, carrying 126 passengers to the Bangladesh capital from Muscat, made an emergency landing around 11:40 am on Friday as the pilot suffered a heart attack mid-air.

The Biman Bangladesh aircraft was carrying 126 passengers on board during the time of the landing. The pilot was admitted to a local hospital in Nagpur.
