Quoting academice evidence of similar attacks worldwide to make your point that outsiders were not involved falls flat. How do you know that ? There is active investigation underway? Do you have more information than the CM of Delhi.

Not just the victims, the politicians and the media know the attackers. The beauty is that none is willing to support a method of identifying an individual. The will only support multiple identity methods so only a suitable identity is displayed when the chips are down. Everyone who delayed the resolution of Shaeen Baug as per the law of this land is responsible for the Delhi riots. This is no different than the hijack drama and holding people to ransom, we don’t want to accept it, them we pay the price by 38 lives.
