Candidates who won with big margins included BJP’s Faridabad nominee Parveen Joshi who won by over 3 lakh votes and Raj Rani from Gurugram who won by over 1.79 lakh votes.
Leaders like Ram Niwas Rara, Tarlochan Singh and Bishan Lal Saini are among those who have joined BJP. More than 30 local-level party leaders have also quit the party & joined BJP.
