ICMR- The most sought after agency. But what about NCDC and the IDSP. Are they relevant in these tough times ? We still do not know if these agencies are using 3Vs, Volume, Velocity and Variety to control the COVID-19 situation in India ??
What is the surprise? Event management sarkar will work against Pakistan/China/opposition/economy – how will it work against virus? There is nothing to be gained for the GoM from such an exercise – hence it has been abandoned.
