He casts Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Mehmood’s role and the electorate in Saira Banu’s, and Congress’ Rahul Gandhi is seen lip-syncing to newly inducted Kanhaiya Kumar, like Sunil Dutt and Kishore Kumar respectively in the song Ek Chatur Naar. Jignesh Mevani is seen strumming a musical instrument as Keshto Mukherjee did. Both Mevani and Kumar joined the Congress party Tuesday.
