Blown out of proportion
Morten Morland, in The Times, illustrates the controversy in England over footage that emerged recently showing Labour party leader Jeremy Corbyn saying that British Zionists do not understand English irony. The Labour Against Anti-Semitism group has filed a complaint against Corbyn, who has clarified that he used the word ‘Zionist’ in the political sense and not as a “euphemism for Jewish people”.
