The two houses of Parliament witnessed an uproar following the release of the second draft of the much-awaited National Register of Citizens Monday which excludes around 40 lakh people.

Union Minister Rajnath Singh, while addressing the Lok Sabha said that there’s no need to panic since this is just a draft. Satish Acharya illustrates the home minister asking residents of Assam to remain calm while their homes are being uprooted because their names don’t appear in the draft NRC report.
