Here’s the full list of Cabinet committees after reshuffle: PM heads 6, Amit Shah 2

The Modi government has set up two new Cabinet committees, overseeing investment and employment, apart from the existing six.

New Delhi: The Narendra Modi government, two weeks into its second successive stint in office, has reconstituted six Cabinet committees and set up two more.

While the new committees oversee investment and employment, the six older ones deal with appointments, economic affairs, political affairs, security, accommodation and parliamentary affairs.

Here is a full list of the committees, which serve as decision-makers on important matters of governance, and their members:

1. Appointments committee of the Cabinet
