Central Government opens nomination for Veterinary Council of India

The Central Government is providing an opportunity to the eligible candidates to get nominated for the Veterinary Council of India, a PIB press release stated.

11 candidates are eligible for nomination for the VC. Nomination papers can be sent online to the returning officer at e-mail ID: ro. vcielection(at)gmail(dot)com. A clear signature is required for the nomination paper. The deadline for submitting the nomination papers is 5 pm on 26.04. 2024.

According to the government, the Veterinary Council of India is responsible for improving the health and welfare of animals and promoting vaccination of animals. The council is also responsible for ensuring that the required vaccines are available to animals in time. Eligible candidates can also submit their nomination papers in person.

For this, the eligible candidates have to go to the returning officer at the nearest government office and submit their nomination papers. The Veterinary Council of India is responsible for improving the health and welfare of animals, promoting vaccination of animals, and ensuring the availability of required vaccines.
