New Delhi: Anupam Kher and his Khosla Ka Ghosla co-stars have joined the viral ‘Teri Galiyon Mein Mohabbat Hogi’ Instagram trend.
Posted late at night on 2 August, Kher, along with Boman Irani, Ranvir Shorey and Parvin Dabas, executed the trend in the most disorganised manner.
Sharing the video, Kher joked about the on-screen rivalry, saying, “Khosla and Khurana were never in tune, not even here! Jai Ho.” In just a couple of hours, the video has clocked 115 million views.
Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 is set to reunite the original cast after 16 years. The sequel is scheduled to release in theatres on 28 August, during the Raksha Bandhan weekend.
Comments under the reel shared on Friendship Day range from laughing emojis to “the world is healing.”
“I have seen everything in this lifetime,” read one comment.
Another user praised Irani’s performance, saying, “Boman sir was in an altogether different league.”
Kishore Kumar’s 1964 song has received a new, reworked life after influencer Abhinav Bisht shared a video dancing to it during the NEET protests in Delhi. Bisht’s post has since racked up over 200 million views.
