BPTP sells 150 flats for Rs 750 cr in its new housing project at Faridabad

New Delhi, Oct 9 (PTI) Realty firm BPTP Ltd has sold 150 apartments in its luxury housing project in Faridabad for Rs 750 crore on strong demand.

In a statement on Friday, the company said it has achieved sales of about Rs 750 crore in its project ‘SkyNest ‘, with 150 apartments sold. The average ticket size is Rs 5 crore per flat.

BPTP is developing two residential towers in this 5.4-acre project, comprising 325 flats.

Manik Malik, CEO & President, BPTP Limited, said the demand continues to be strong in the Delhi-NCR residential market.

Earlier this month, realty major DLF Ltd sold all 172 senior living homes for Rs 1,985 crore at Sector 63, Gurugram. The senior living project is spread across 4.17 acres.

BPTP is one of the leading real estate developers in Delhi-NCR. It has developed more than 25,000 homes in the past two decades.

According to real estate consultant Anarock, housing sales in Delhi-NCR dipped 1 per cent to 13,765 units during July-September this year from 13,920 units in the year-ago period. PTI MJH HVA
