In the longer run Pakistan will not support or nurture a stable Taliban government Kabul, as it could be greater devil to cope up with. It looks like that in the near future civil war is the only available option left.

Afghan Taliban is totally an arm of Pakistani army till Americans leave and current Afghan government is totally demolished. Ghani’s intransigence is totally due to the fact that once Americans leave the Afghanistan, the lives of all the members of current Afghan government will be in danger.
