When a judge of a court says”WHY THE MIGRANTS WALKED ON RAIL LINE” ??when all the poor fellows lost lives due to inhuman action of PM of land…..when a judge says”DESTRUCTION OF BABRI MOSQUE WAS A BLUNDER ” …but failed to punish those guilty…when a judge supress the facts of some govt’s policy details and ill doing and quash the things for suspicious reason…when a judge faces complaint of bad behavior and insult to a fellow woman colleague…when a judge is seen with political party men in private gatherings…when a judge suppress the facts behind the suicide of a CM of India….when judges can’t show their guts to ask govt. why some of our countrymen deprived of basic living facilities like freedom to speak and freedom to express views…when judges are shamelessly smiling on the issue of illegal detention cases of authors, writers and intellectuals in prison….where are the contempt against them ??? Ridiculous !!!
When common people lose their mind and make foolish comments like this it is clear that they dont understand what is contempt because they are mentally disturbed from their political failures and their backdoor attempts to run Govt from the SC.

One hopes the venerable Judges of the SC get a sense of the public mood from mainstream as well as social media, which is more vibrant and candid. The tectonic plates on which public faith and reverence for this hallowed institution rest are beginning to move. The least many would have hoped for was that CJI Ranjan Gogoi would retire gracefully, fade away from memory.
It’s good that court has found Prashant Bhushan guilty . It has become almost a fashion among some quarters to attack the foundation of Indian democracy by undermining Judiciary, election commission, parliament, by insinuation. Prashant Bhushan and some of his cohorts like Indira Jaisingh, Vrinda Grover, Anand , etc have been constantly spreading falsehood .
This contempt is very contemptous. Because whatever the contemnor said, there was no call for violent action. Contemplation cannot be contempt. Haven’t we contemplated rama and krushna as male chauvinists for their role as deserter of pregnant sita and for taking many wives respectively. Has that reduced any love or respect for these gods. So even gods are not above criticism. Isn’t this criticism positive and constructive.
prshant bhushan’s tweets were very bad in taste. it is not expected of a senior lawyer like him. criticism is fine. but one must not hit below the belt.
Ms Pliable has tweeted : Jo doosron ke liye gaddha khodta hai, uske liye koonaan taiyaar hai. From that side of the media space, many will maintain a discreet silence. Few will be so in your face. It is possible to get a journalist’s MRI scan from just a few tweets.
