Protests against ‘Agnipath’ scheme is another indicator of India’s unemployment crisis, especially in the Hindi heartland. Public sector employment isn’t the solution to this problem, the young protesters should realise. For which government needs to attract more private investment and facilitate job creation instead of focusing on grand political projects.
