So many east and south east Asian economies have powered their way to prosperity through export led growth. Service exports are a fine achievement for India, to be supported by exports of manufactured goods. Also important for job creation.
Indian judiciary is just as corrupt as Indian politics. The Supreme Court of India sits at the apex of this pyramid of corruption. It manages the enterprise through the Collegium. That precisely is the reason why the Supreme Court is always up in arms whenever the Union government attempts to make changes to the system for judicial appointments.
At the very least, sent on leave, followed by stringent legal proceedings.
