New Delhi: Congress national spokesperson Jaiveer Shergill got witty about the full form of RBI after deputy governor Viral Acharya resigned and took a jibe at the Modi government’s “my way or the highway” policy. We just wonder if the Congress is on the highway or on its way down.

Meanwhile, BJP’s information and technology head Amit Malviya is already politicising the lynching of Tabrez Ansari in Jharkhand. Sir, it has barely been a day, some sensitivity would be appreciated.

AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi sternly rebuked ABP journalist Sumit Awasthi after the latter suggested that the Jharkhand lynching and Owaisi’s subsequent comments on the incident were polarising the issue.

It seems Sanjay Jha is the only active member of the Congress with everyone else going AWOL. Aside from making a moderately funny pun on RBI deputy governor Viral Acharya’s resignation, he has called for protests against the mob lynching in Jharkhand. Now if only he could stir other members of his party out of their slumber.
