I have got 6 KW installed.Being Elect Engg I got about 42 k per KW cost no negotiation.
All , I took bids from MNRE website.i paid in five instalments,with frame of steel confirming to BIS and rating if invertor where vendor was adamant to use margin over normal rating .
The contractor did not clamp the conduits used for earthing besides no documentation was done at all.
In fact he choose to get subsidy also by forgery .no where client signatures in acceptance was taken.
I feel for a common man these turn key bidders are taking to a ride and freelance consultation and guidance is necessary.
