Shivshankar Menon said at the CPR Dialogues that the world might evolve into a ‘differently globalised’ one, and also discussed the India-US relationship.
Shivshankar Menon, who was also the former NSA, said the amendment to the Citizenship Act has hyphenated India with Pakistan, isolating it.
Vikram Sood added that any peace talk with Pakistan, "which, by default, thinks of India as an enemy state, will be futile".
A boundary is a useful issue to regulate the temperature of India-China relationship, but it’s a lever, said Menon.
