Mother tongue to preserve culture
Hindi as integration language
English as global competitiveness
Finally making institution to use state and hindi language as medium in all form of communication as this is what masses speak.
It looks stretched out but necessary for multipronged progress.

Mandatory state language
Mandatory hindi language
Mandatory English language
