Bihar Police officers say National Testing Agency, which conducts NEET, has not responded to all questions asked, leading to a delay in establishing the trail of alleged paper leak.
Alakh Pandey, who has taken the fight of NEET aspirants to the Supreme Court, is leading the movement among NTA, which has accepted to do away with the grace marks given to 1563 students. But Pandey persists: What about paper leak, high cut-off?
National Testing Agency, which maintains there was no paper leak, is actively putting out posts on results & responding to each query posted by students and politicians alike.
Starting with UGC-NET in 2018, National Testing Agency gradually assumed responsibility for other exams 2019 onwards. However, it has often received backlash over alleged irregularities.
The apex court also issued notice on a transfer petition filed by NTA seeking to transfer to SC a petition filed in a High Court alleging paper leaks and irregularities in conduct of NEET-UG, 2024.
Assuring parents and students Dharmendra Pradhan said that the centre is committed to providing justice to students and is ready to answer all questions the SC raises.
