Why can’t Central Govt impound passports of a defaulting businessman/Board if Directors including the Chairman and put them on no fly list and communicate to all national and local relevant authorities, as soon as they defsult automatically and hold the Bank Management responsible if they fail to inform the relevant Govt Authorities? In the event if collusion of Bank Board Members or Chairman or any Political leader or a Minister is involved, then they shouldn’t have any immunity under any law and be liable to same actions.
Govt of India should take appropriate action that Mr singh may not flee from country to the desired place like Nirav Modi Choksi and vijay mallya had done.
