I know a black markeeter who arranges an income tax raid at his different premises after ever 2 or 3 years and in the remaining time nobody touches him, and this way after every 2 or 3 years he by inference gets declared a clean man.
Once a search and seizure is conducted at any premise of the taxpayer, his/her income is assessed for previous 7 years including current year and in few cases for 10 years and accordingly revenue is recovered from the taxpayer so there is no scope of raid in every 2-3 years also there no clean chit or sort of thing given by the Department, they are just concerned with the revenue of the Department.
Frist of all supreme court shd give order to check the income tax office profile when they raid completely they are doing there job or not
