Dna proof of blood of victim on her own clothes is a nonsense proof. Was there blood or semen of the accused on her clothes? NO. Hair of the victim and accused could have been easily planted. Which is very possible in a scenario where the crime branch have obviously framed Vishal Jangotra.
@Bharani Komandur
There are some discrepancies in the points you’ve jotted down regarding the ‘story’ recited by the police.
Im not going to point out the obviousness of the hair strand found on the temple grounds that matched with the girl. Forget that, you’d obviously have weird back up answers for that.
Why I bothered to take time out of my life for this , is to point out the shit you’ve said on your second note.
1) you sed tge word ‘supposedly’ ..what do you mean? That she wasnt ‘afterall’ raped? Is that the whole point of that second note in your comment? Do you mean to say that the girl WASN’T actually raped and that this is all a story made up by the police? If yes, then wow. Youre going to make it big in your life.
2) you ever heard of ‘taking clothes off’? yeah, its a cool thing about clothes.. you can actually physically ‘take them off’… im not sure why you dont know this. If you DO know it, then isnt there a slight slight teeeny chance that the accused might have ‘taken her clothes off’ raped her and then PUT THE CLOTHES BACK ON. I dont want to explain THAT any further.. im hoping youre educated. Who am I kidding.
3) so you’re saying that if a person rapes another while their clothes stay put on their bodies, then the rapist is being ‘generous’? Three words, ‘what the hell’.
We learn something new everyday. I hope you learnt NOT to crap around all the bullshit that comes to your head.
All I did here was point out a very obvious discrepancy in youre second note. I could do the same for all your other points, but I have sources from the internet alone, and not as a witness. So im not going to set fire to your other points. Yet.
If some one of investigation team wants to contaminate the sample sent to DNA lab, laboratory people nothing to do it.
If a member of the inveatgation team wants to frame a person it is very simple. He has sample such as hair of the victim, bring with him & drop at place to make the crime scene/attach with the alleged person who are also in police cuatody. These so minuscule amount that one can do this even in presence of all team members. DNA test is nothing but to help in investigation
For lab: they may mistake by contamination & accuracy rate is never 100%
For investigator: if any investigator have ill motive to frame anybody, he can do it easily by contaminating the sample. For example if an inveatigator is clever enough he can bring a minute hair of victime & an can drop at the crime scene/ attach with the person whom to frame. Even a member of team has this intention he can disguise the rest team by this way. So cross evidence is important, dna test just can help in case.
Either the case was cracked, or the evidence was well planted to frame the accused. The story presented by the Police does not make any sense.
First, a small square temple, with windows on all sides, where hundreds of people visit every day, is said to be where the girl was kept for 7 days. In fact, there was a hangar on one of those days, where all 3 villages gathered. But nobody ever saw this girl there.
Second, the was supposedly raped for 7 days and then killed and thrown away. But she seems to be wearing all her clothes, including her shoes. Why would the rapists be so generous?
Third, Police claim her head was smashed with a boulder after she was strangulated. But photographs show her head to be intact.
It’s a big conspiracy.
Have you seen that temple…Atleast look before u speak lies

DNA profiling test is useful in combination other evidences. But alone may frame innocent in charge. For example pls see.
