Now it’s a time to take a strict actions. Punish them the same like a criminal because if they think like a rapist then how they are children!
They definitely won’t be able to punish them because:
1. They have not formally planned the crime and not committed the crime.
2. They are juveniles. So the law won’t treat them as adults. It’s boys and girls studying between class 10 and 12 (So their ages average between 15-17).
3. Nirbhaya’s convicts had almost eight years before a decision and manipulated many facts.
4. They have not even been charged with serious offences, it’s just forgery of documents, texts, and images; and word gestures.
If they lose the case, (a low probability since all these kids come from a large number of rich and influential families) they will hardly face a juvenile trial for not more than 4 years, all combined. Sad justice system here.
The Underbelly of our so called civilized society, we failed at every level , from family,school and society level. It’s a wake up call to every one to have honest discussion with their children and generate awareness.
Disgusting. These boys should be tried at same level as Nirbhaya rapists. They all should be named and shamed in public. and then hanged for planning to rape many girls. If they are not in jail they will do same again!
