We Kashmiris know of these tactics by the Indian agencies from long ago. It is the Indian agencies themselves who distribute these posters to extend the curfew further in Kashmir and to pin the blame of violence on “terrorists”. How come it is possible for the so called “terrorists” to roam around and paste posters when every inch of Kashmir has been under the jackboots for so long now. It is a good propaganda news for the gullible Indian public but every Kashmiri knows the truth ver well. Same like the Doval Biryani of normalcy.
